Technical Manager

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Technical Manager to provide strong leadership across Quality Management, people development, and New Product Development (NPD). This is a key strategic role, requiring someone who can think long‑term while maintaining high technical and operational standards across all areas of Calleva.

As Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our quality culture, leading and developing technical teams, and driving innovation through effective NPD processes. You will work collaboratively across the business to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and alignment with our strategic objectives.
